Refund Policy

  1. All sales are final unless the item(s) are damaged upon arrival or you wish to exchange the item(s). Please submit damages or exchanges no later than 14 days from your purchase date.
  2. If the item(s) arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:
    • Take a photo of the area of damage.
    • Send an e-mail to info@abocww-directory.com with subject line “Damaged Return”. Attach the photo and a copy of the receipt. Allow 48 hours for a response.
    • Once the return is accepted, return the item(s) to the address of the particular business you purchased from that ABOC Worldwide Marketplace will provide.
    • Return shipping costs on damaged items are NOT the customer’s responsibility.

  3. If you are not satisfied with the item(s) and wish to exchange, please follow the steps below:
    • Purchase the new item(s).
    • Send an e-mail to info@abocww-directory.com with the subject line “Exchange Return”. Attach a copy of the new receipt and a copy of the old receipt. Allow 48 hours for a response.
    • Once the exchange is accepted, return the item(s) to the particular business’s address that you purchased from that ABOC Worldwide Marketplace will provide.

    Exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    All items in the “Sale” category are FINAL SALE with no exceptions.
